Who Is Automatically Enrolled?<\/strong><\/p>\n

CEC is a Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) program that gives Columbus residents the power to support cleaner energy while potentially lowering costs. It operates on an opt-out basis. That means if:<\/p>\n
